Artis Seksi Korea Jang Na Ra

Artis seksi Korea Jang NaRa was born on March 18, 1981 in Seoul, South Korea. Artis seksi Jang NaRa is known as famous actress and singer in Korea. As a kid, artist sexy Jang NaRa has already appeared in the play 'Les Miserables', with her dad (who is now her manager). She officially debuted in May 2001 with her first album. Many people thought she debuted as an actress, but she actually became a singer first.
Her first debut song is "Burying My Face With Tears", an R&B type ballad. But the reception of this song was not great. At the time Jang Nara debuted, there were lots of new female singers and she's "just one of them". This song missed the top 10 and went to only No. 12 in the music chart. Her music activity stopped for a while.
In June 2001, Jang Nara made her official acting debut in the popular MBC sitcom "New Non-Stop". Over the years, the "Non-stop" series have produced so many outstanding entertainers in Korea today. Jang Nara also got her big break after appearing in this sitcom. Her cute and lovely image was well received by fans.
To show her multi-dimensional talent, Jang Nara also made her debut as MC of the gayo show "Music Camp" with Ji Sung. More and more people in Korea knew Jang Nara by then.
Late in 2002, Jang Nara resumed her gasoo activities and released the 2nd single "Confession" (one of my favorite songs of her) from her 1st album. With the popularity she gained in "New Non-Stop", a lot more people knew and discovered her. As a result, this song did much better than her 1st single. It went to No. 1 on most music charts in December 2002.
With the success of "Confession", Jang Nara was named "best new female artist" on most year end gayo award ceremonies in 2001. Her album sales were steadily climbing every week, despite the album being released for more than half a year.
In April 2002, Jang Nara landed her first lead role in the drama "Successful Story of a Bright Girl", co-starring with Jang Hyuk. This drama was very popular not only in Korea, but in other Asian countries as well. Oversea fans started to recognize Jang Nara.
With the success of her first drama, Jang Nara quickly landed the lead role of another drama "My Love Patzzi". This time she co-starred with Kim Jae Won and Kim Rae Won. This drama actually had a low rating in Korea, but more successful overseas subsequently. She sang a few songs on this drama, including "Sweet Dream", "May Be This Is Love", and "I'll Be There". Fans are waiting anxiously for Jang Nara to release her 2nd album.
In October 2002, her 2nd album was finally released. Within a few days, 200,000 copies were sold, and it was one of the top selling albums in 2002. "Sweet Dream" instantly became a No. 1 song. To this date, it is still her most popular songs. Jang Nara is so cute on the MV of "Sweet Dream".
Jang Nara's skyrocketing popularity made her winning 2 DaeSangs (KBS and MBC) at 2002 year end, splitting with BoA that year. Many people compared Jang Nara and BoA but they are of very different style. Besides "Sweet Dream", Jang Nara scored another No. 1 song with "Snow Man" in early 2003.
Jang Nara made her movie debut in 2003 with a comedy "Oh Happy Days", co-starred with Park Jung Chul. Sadly, this movie was a flop at the box office, and we have not seen Jang Nara in another movie since then.
In December 2003, Jang Nara released her 3rd album (in my opinion that's her best album). On this album Jang Nara changed her style to sing more rock type songs, and she was performing with her own "Jang" band. The title song "Last Pray" once again was a No. 1 song.

The music this video of this song was made in Switzerland with very beautiful scenery. Even though this song was successful on the chart, but clearly it was not as popular as her 2nd album.
Jang Nara made a bold move in 2004 - she wanted to develop oversea markets. Many singers choose Japan as the destination of their oversea advanture, Jang Nara instead choose to go for the Chinese market. Even though her popularity in Korea is slipping, she's still very well known especially in Chinese markets, especially her dramas. The boldest move is that Jang Nara is moving to Beijing China to live full time there to develop her new career. The loss of Korean fans is the gain of Chinese fans. She released her first Chinese album in 2004 - most of the songs were covered version of her hit Korean songs. Her Chinese pronounciation is not bad. She also started making Chinese dramas. Up to now she has released 3 Chinese albums and participated in 3 Chinese dramas as well.
In December 2004, Jang Nara returned home briefly to release her 4th album "My Story", but her busy schedule prevents her from appearing in gayo shows to promote. Still, her title song of this album "Winter Diary" reached the top 3 in music charts. In 2005, Jang Nara returned to Korean drama and starred in the KBS mini-series "Wedding". However, the rating was very poor.
Jang Nara spent almost all of 2006 in China, where she's very successful. She returned to k-pop in 2007. First released a digital single "I'm Not Happy" in January, and a month later, released her 5th Korean album "She". The title song "Calling Out Love" is a powerful ballad that required good vocal skills in the chorus part. Jang Nara performed this song many times and we can see that her vocal skills has improved a lot compared to her earlier days (I wouldn't think she'd able to sing this song 2 years ago). At 26 now, her image is also a lot more mature and that is a nice surprise to her fans.
When she started out her career, Jang Nara is not the best singer out there, but she always gives 100% on her performances, and she always sings live. Her vocal skills improves on every album, and she is not afraid to try out new style of music. Over the years, we are seeing that a cute little girl has grown into a beautiful, mature woman.

Immediately following her admittance into Beijing Film Academy, Liu Yi Fei received offers to star in various television drama serials. Her first role on television was in The Story of a Noble Family. Shortly after, she was chosen to portray the role of “Wang Yuyan” in Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, a drama based on the same-titled novel by the acclaimed wuxia writer, Jinyong. It was this role that established her fame in China. Her fame was further enhanced through her starring role in the video game adaptation of television drama, Chinese Paladin in 2004.

Liu Yi Fei was backed by Jinyong, who felt that she had all the necessary qualities to play the role of the young and innocent “Xiaolongnü”. Although the drama serials she has acted in were well-received, the movies she starred in, did poorly in terms of box office takings.

Artis Cantik Fann Wong

fann wongArtis cantik Fann Wong is a Singapore-born actress-singer-model of Chinese origin. Born on 27 January 1971, Fann Wong derived her artiste name, Fann Wong, from a combination of her father's surname (Fann) and her mother's surname (Wong). With GCE 'A' Levels and a diploma in fashion merchandising from the La Salle International Academy, Fann Wong's break into showbiz was when she was 16, and was crowned champion of a beauty contest in Singapore which she participated in. Fann Wong stayed in the modelling circuit between 1990 to 1994, occasionally flying to Taiwan to film product endorsements for products such as Oil of Ulan. In 1994, she was discovered in Taipei by a Singapore TV producer who invited her back to Singapore to act in a drama serial, "Mei meng cheng zhen" (1994). Fann Wong's natural acting talent was discovered in the show, and this led to her career transition as a television actress based in Singapore. A slew of television projects soon after - including her third and award-winning serial, "Yuan jin jin sheng" (1995) - raised her profile, status and popularity such that she became a top name in Singapore by 1995. In 1996, another career transition for Fann Wong's happened when she released her first solo Mandarin pop album, 'Fanntasy' (1996) in Singapore. However, due to a contractual problem which occurred in late 1996 between MediaCorp (her management agency in Singapore) and a Taiwanese artiste management agency, Fann was suspended for half a year. During that period, Fann Wong attended vocal and drama classes in Shanghai.

After Fann Wong was released from her suspension period in mid-1997, she went over to Taiwan and released a repackaged version of that album, titled 'I Live Alone'. It was an immense success in the Taiwanese music market, achieving four IFPI Platinum awards in sales records and moving over half a million units in the East Asian market. In 1998, Fann Wong's gongfu TV drama, "Shen diao xia “ (1998), was a runaway success in Taiwan and China. It immensely increased Fann's popularity in the region and certified her as a credible actress in the Chinese-speaking world. At the same time, the release of her very commercially-successful second solo album, 'Shopping' (1998), won Fann Wong many fans in the region, including the award-winning Hongkong director, Tung-Shing Yee, who noticed her 'Shopping' MTV on Channel V in Hongkong and invited her to star in her first big-screen Hongkong movie, an art film titled Zhen xin hua (1999). Fann Wong's breakthrough role as a delinquent teenager who finally made good introduced her to Hongkong movie audiences and won her a prestigious nomination for the Best New Performer Award at the Hongkong Film Awards (the Hongkong equivalent of the Oscars). The success of the movie led to another Hongkong feminist movie titled Yeliang de mimi (2000), in which Fann had a starring role opposite Michelle Reis and 'Teresa Lee (I)' . In these two years, Fann Wong also found time to continue her prolific singing career, releasing soundtracks to all her movies and TV serials as well as dueting with the British boyband, 911 in the English classic, 'Private number'. Hence, in 2000, Fann Wong became the first Singaporean to stage a large-scale concert ('My Story - Fann Wong In Concert') at Singapore's Indoor Stadium. It was a major media focus and a sell-out gig. Later in the year, Fann returned to her modelling origins again when she was invited to Hongkong to do an artistic pictorial helmed by renowned award-winning Hongkong conceptualists William Chang and Wing Shya. The pictorial, titled 'In +he Mood', found a ready market in Asia. It was noticed that made-in-Singapore serials like "Bu bu wei ying" (1999) and "Xing suo" (2000) won Fann Wong the most critical acclaim and viewership ratings, so in 2001, her focus switched back to being a television actress, with 4 drama serials and one Taiwanese web movie in 2001 alone. She worked with renowned Taiwanese producer Pei-Pei Yang in a blockbuster Taiwanese serial "Qing she yu bai she" (2001), which showcased her versatility in acting. This serial raised Fann Wong's profile and popularity in Taiwan and later in the year, Fann Wong was invited as a guest presenter for Taiwan's most prestigious movie award event, the Golden Horse Awards. In early 2002, she also appeared in the Ka-Fai Wai-produced China-Singapore collaboration, "You qing you yi" (2002). During this period, she diversified her career portfolio by actively hosting travelogue shows such as "Travel Hunt: Japan" (2001) and "Fann Adventure" (2002). In 2003, Fann Wong appeared alongside international stars Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson on cinema screens worldwide in her first Hollywood film, Shanghai Knights (2003), which gave Fann Wong's career an international boost. Fann Wong was nominated in the 2003 MTV Movie Awards (Best Fight category) for her kickfighting role in this movie.

Sexy Girl's Group S.H.E

History. On August 8, 2000, HIM International Records held a 'Universal 2000 Talent and Beauty Girl Contest' in search for new artists to be signed under their label. The contest had about 1000 contestants and after many tiring rounds of competing, seven contestants were left for the 'Cruel Stage' round. The three members of S.H.E. were formed from here. Following the competition, the record company gave all seven contestants an audition. At the beginning, only one would be given a contract, but because of their incredible performance, all three of them were signed together under HIM International records. Together, they formed S.H.E with Selina Ren, Hebe Tien and Ella Chen.
Selina Ren was born inshe Taipei, Taiwan on October 31, 1981, was the actual winner of this contest. Her younger sister really wanted to join but was too young. Instead, Selina joined the contest in her place. She caught the judges' attention in the first round by singing Coco Lee's 'Before I Fall In Love' and entered the final round with no trouble with 'The Closest Stranger'. Due to her nervousness during the final round, Selina was called twice, and when she was announced the winner, she was doubtful because there were other contestants who did not get called on.
Hebe Tien was born on March 30, 1983 in Hsinchu, Taiwan, was recommended to join by the workers of the television show 'Cruel Stage'. During the first round, her voice started breaking while singing 'Return Home'. Hebe decided to sing a song with a lower key in the final round. But because she was unfamiliar with the song, she forgot her lyrics in the finals, messing up her performance. However, the manager appreciated her straight personality.
When Ella Chen whose was born on June 18, 1981 in Pingtung, Taiwan and her younger brother went to Taipei from Pingtung for a holiday, Ella's elder sister registered her into the competition. She almost gave up before the first round because of the long queue of contestants, but was convinced by her sister to stay, and made her way through the final round. She had a unique deep voice, which caught the company's attention and made her stand out from the others.

After three of them were signed to HIM, the company did not make them a group because their different personalities and looks did not fit with what the audience was used to. But because Taiwan had never had an all-girl group with different personalities and looks, they thought that it would be new and fresh, so they boldly put the three girls together. After the three girls heard this, they did not really accept the decision because it was not what they were thinking. All three of them came from different places. They never telephoned each other and only said 'hi' when they met. Because most of the songs in the album did not require them to sing together, their relationship was not very good, making the company worry. When the company then let them stay in the same room in the same dormitory, the girls were worried that they would argue. But the company hoped that by this they could learn to cooperate with each other. To prevent them from arguing, the record company set a few rules of life for the girls living in the dormitory. After a week, the record company's worries were gone because the three girls were closer to each other and could be mistaken as triplets! Just like that, the three girls lived in a small dormitory together for a few months and passed on flus and boredom to each other.
